Sales Manager/ Country Manager (m/f)

Your tasks

  • Your key task is to generate over 3 million dollars revenue per year by increasing sales with our existing customers but also by acquiring new ones
  • Define and deliver sales plans with the support of regional sales operations and project management and where required with PTV HQ solution architects and software development departments
  • Secure and increase maintenance and support contracts along with training and license upgrades
  • Engage with key stakeholders at customer side to increase sales and awareness of PTV products and solutions
  • Give technical presentations at key sales meetings and industry events to educate customers on new mobility trends and to make effective business contacts
  • Be informed about upcoming trends in our industry so our software solutions can be adapted to them
  • Maintain and enhance PTV events such as User Group Meetings and Innovation Days
  • Supervise and validate sales operations analysis, CRM updates and offers preparation

Your qualifications

  • You have proven sales ability, from opportunity identification to ecosystem orchestration and deal closure for large contracts, significantly above the million-dollar mark
  • You live and breathe sales and deliver contracts in simple but also in complex environments
  • You are well connected in the industry - from master system integrators, municipalities, authorities to industry players
  • You have a clear understanding of the industry and relevant mobility trends
  • You are highly motivated, a team player and have a "get things done" attitude
  • Your technical knowledge is solid enough to manage customers and other players
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus
