Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As Online Marketing Manager you work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Product Management colleagues to identify key prospects and develop marketing campaigns to increase awareness and lead generation. Your focus will be on performance marketing and you will be responsible for the development, implementation, management and measurement of digital multichannel campaigns to attract identified target accounts.

Your tasks

  • Further develop our online marketing strategy to increase lead generation
  • Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, connecting Marketing Automation, Social Media, SEA etc.
  • Track, analyse and interpret campaign & website KPIs to identify optimization potential
  • Report results to your team and management on a regular basis
  • Develop concrete measures & content to optimize website and campaign performance
  • Align the Marketing and Sales Teams in establishing account profiles and target personas
  • Further develop and optimize lead qualification and lead follow-up (MQL/SQL)

Your profile

  • You have gained relevant work experience in online marketing and/or a university degree with focus on marketing
  • You can design and manage cross-channel online campaigns and evaluate their success
  • You have experience in setting up & manage Marketing Automation campaigns as well as nurturing leads within the sales funnel
  • You are familiar in handling online marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Ads, Sistrix, Ryte
  • You enjoy working in international teams and are fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • With your open-minded and communicative manner, you can work flexibly and successfully in interdisciplinary and diverse teams
  • You’ve a strong hands-on mentality and distinguish yourself through customer-oriented thinking, an analytical mind, reliability and project management skills
