Working student jobs

If you are currently studying, you can gain practical work experience with us for up to twenty hours a week. We offer this opportunity in a wide variety of fields, for example in consulting, software development, product management, finance, or others. You can find open positions via our job portal. If you can't find a suitable position there, we look forward to receiving your unsolicited application. We will gladly check whether we can offer you a position that matches your interests.

In addition to an exciting and job-related activity, we offer you flexible working hours, free good coffee, and water as well as fruit and many other benefits.

Theses

We offer students to research a topic at PTV as part of their final thesis. This can be done in various fields such as software development, traffic modelling or product management. We have research topics ready for you, but you can also send us an unsolicited application with your own ideas.

With us, you will always have a permanent contact person who will supervise your thesis and supports you with your questions. Together with your supervisor at PTV and your university, you will define and shape the topic.

We provide you with the resources you need to work on your topic, such as our software. Furthermore, you will receive an expense allowance during the time you write your thesis with us.

Internships for university students

We offer students the opportunity to complete their compulsory or voluntary internship during their studies at PTV, e.g. in the fields of software development, public transport or traffic management. During your internship with us, you will receive paid vacation days and an expense allowance.

Our supervisors have many years of experience with interns and we maintain a close cooperation with universities.

A further plus: after a certain period of familiarization you can work directly in current projects or on current products and gain professional experience.

Girl's Day

On Girls' Day at PTV Group, you can spend a day looking behind the scenes and meet women who have exciting jobs in a software company. Have you always wanted to know what a product manager or software developer does? How a researcher, traffic planner or salesperson works? And how you can become one yourself? If that interests you and you are between 15 and 17 years old, then we would be happy to welcome you for a day with us.
