We offer you flexible working hours and the opportunity to work on the move, so that you can combine your private and professional life in the best possible way. Thanks to a working time account and our flexitime model, you can easily compensate for the extra work you do later as free time. We also support working time models such as part-time, e.g. to care for children and relatives.

In order to have enough time for travel and hobbies, PTV grants an annual vacation of 30 days. In addition, you have December 24 and 31 off without having to take vacation. You are also entitled to special leave on various occasions.

Your health is close to our hearts:

We support our colleagues with company medical examinations, courses on preventive health care and stress management, and organize health days. Together as a team, we take part in regional running events or the city bike race. You will also find an in-house fitness center at our headquarters in Karlsruhe. In addition to a small course room, it also offers you a variety of strength and endurance machines to work out on. Or you can join one of our company sports groups, such as basketball or soccer, and keep fit together with your colleagues.

In our offices, we also attach great importance to ergonomically optimized workstations with height-adjustable desks.

In our company restaurant you can choose between several dishes every day. The food contains fresh ingredients almost exclusively from regional producers. And of course, vegetarian dishes and vegan alternatives are on the menu.

Therefore, we subsidize your private pension provision. In addition, we offer consulting appointments on the subject of old-age provision through the pension insurance.
PTV supports you with a monthly subsidy for your capital-forming benefit contracts.
